Terms and conditions of registration and/or participating in the Space Tourism Conference (STC)

1.0 Registration

1.1 By registering here and creating your “Registration Profile” and closing any transactions with the STC you agree that: (1) you are responsible for the veracity of your identity and authorization to make the purchase, including purchases on behalf of others (2) your payment method is authentic and you are authorized to use it (3) you will keep your username and password safe if one was required and won’t share them with anyone (4) you will abide by the General Terms of the STC described herein.

2.0 Termination

2.1 If you breach these or any of our other terms and conditions STC reserves the right to terminate your Registration.

2.2 Breach of terms and conditions may result in STC’s pursuit of any associated legal remedies.

3.0 General Terms

3.1 No waiver by us of any breach of these terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach and we shall not be affected by any delay, failure or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations. The rights and remedies of is under these terms are independent, cumulative and without prejudice to its rights under the law.

3.2 These terms are not intended to create and shall not create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any third party.

3.3 These terms and/or your use of the STC Eventzilla ticketing vendor platform, the STC website, or other STC instruments or platforms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with US law and US Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.

4.0 Payment, Confirmation and Receipt

4.1 Once a registration and payment has been completed it is confirmed. All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds after a registration has been confirmed. Credit card is the preferred form of payment. If you wish to pay by check, money order or bank transfer, please contact the STC organizers.

4.2 The registration fee must be paid prior to admission to any STC Events, including the Main Conference, Workshops and/or Webinars or any other Official Services. New registrants who intend to register and pay on site will owe the full registration fee and/or late fees.

4.3 Registration is considered in effect upon confirmation of payment. Any transfers of categories within a particular event or between different events will be considered by STC on a case-by-case basis and/or by publishing of specific policies, which may be posted online and/or emailed to Registrants.

5.0 Methods of Payment Accepted

5.1 STC’s Eventzilla Registration account processes credit cards and administers payment to STC via PayPal. Credit card purchases must be made through this platform.

5.2 When approved in advance by STC organizers, STC will also accept Certified Checks or Money Order made payable to:

6.0 Cancellations and Refunds

· Cancellations are not eligible for a refund

· No refunds after a registration has been completed

· There is no refund for any tickets

· Event transfers (show credit or gift to another potential Registrant) after an event registration has been confirmed may be allowed in certain discrete circumstances TBD per STC event

7.0 Force Majeure

7.1 The STC shall not be liable for any failure; cancellation of or delay in the performance of this Agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of Nature, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.

7.2 An event of force majeure is an event or circumstance which is beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the party affected. The registrant has no entitlement and the project company has no liability for:

(a) any costs, losses, expenses, damages or the payment of any part of the contract price during an event of force majeure

(b) inability to provide the Content or Experience in the future
